Sebastian Mielczarek: Architectural Technologist

Sebastian has a fine arts background. Away from work he is a proficient home renovator and he loves restoring vintage cars. But his passion is architecture where he combines his creative ability with his interest in the science of building.

He enjoys being involved in all phases of a project: client interactions, design, working drawings, and construction. Two of his favourite projects are the Rossdale high rise and Continental Electric building.

Sebastian believes in really knowing each client, deeply understanding the client’s needs, questioning everything, and ensuring the client understands the ramifications of decisions made during the design process. “It is essential to have both the client and the builder involved early in the process”






Sebastian believes that building with SOUL means developing the relationship with the client—understanding the client’s needs and wants—so the completed project truly fulfills the client’s hopes and expectations.
