Wendy Werkman: Business Manager

If you had to describe Wendy Werkman’s abilities in just a word or two, you’d be stumped. This multi talented business manager not only exhibits substantial business acumen, she fearlessly accepts a variety of daunting challenges—and succeeds!

For example, without any prior computer accounting experience, she computerized the entire accounting department. Wendy says, “There was a steep learning curve but I took it on, trained on the fly, and figured it out.” Later she installed an alternative accounting system designed to interface with their proprietary tracking and project management software.







Wendy plays a key role in making the firm a great place to work. Her coworkers describe her as upbeat, supportive, solutions oriented, and fun to work with. She says, “Everyone on the team is likeable and fascinating. I appreciate that I can be my authentic self here.”

Wendy believes in facing every day with a positive attitude. A few projects she found exciting included the development of the new proprietary software, the design of the new website, and a successful marketing campaign.
